Terms & Conditions — Rev & Reward eCommerce
1. General Information
Rev & Reward (the "Merchant" or "Sponsor") operates an eCommerce business dedicated to selling exclusive digital art, including digital artwork of the featured vehicle, in accordance with applicable Florida and U.S. law.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in any promotion or raffle implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Mandatory Legal Notice
No purchase, payment, or transaction of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
4. Digital Products
Products offered by Rev & Reward consist exclusively of digital art delivered electronically, including digital artwork of the featured car.
5. Federal, State, and/or Municipal Assistance
Benefits may be affected if you win a giveaway, as you are acquiring a new asset and are responsible for reporting it on your applicable tax filings.
6. Method of Entry
6.1 Entry via Purchase — For each eligible purchase of digital art, the participant may receive promotional entries as announced in each promotion.
6.2 Free Method of Entry — To enter for free, participants must request official instructions by emailing revandreward@gmail.com during the promotion period.
6.2.1 Requesting Instructions
The email must include the requester's full name and an explicit request for free entry.
6.2.2 Mail-In Entry
Once instructions are received, the participant must send a legibly handwritten letter on a card or paper approximately 3" x 5" including: full name, physical address, phone number, email, date of birth, and a statement of free entry. The letter must be mailed in a standard envelope, properly stamped. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the raffle's closing date and received within the timeframe set in these Official Rules. Each valid mailed entry counts as one (1) entry.
7. Eligibility
Legal residents of Florida and the United States, eighteen (18) years or older, may participate.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random drawing among all valid entries.
9. Taxes
The winner is responsible for any applicable tax obligations under federal and state law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
11. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
